Outlawed Maoists call on people to strengthen their party

The banned outfit wanted people to focus on building strong consensus among themselves for taking on Brahmanical and fascist goons

WARANGAL: Residents of villages on fringes of forests near Perur Police Station in Wajedu mandal of Mulugu district found pamphlets left there by outlawed CPI-Maoists.

Suspected to have been dropped by members of Venkatapuram-Wajedu Area Committee, the pamphlets wanted people to support the week-long countrywide celebrations being organised by Maoists from Tuesday.

The pamphlets called on Maoist cadres to counter Operation Samadhan-Prahar launched by the government through guerrilla attacks against security forces, capitalists, landlords and industrialists.

The banned outfit wanted people to focus on building strong consensus among themselves for taking on Brahmanical and fascist goons. Declaring support for agitations by Adivasis, Maoists reiterated their backing for a separate Gondwana State. They also demanded that the government release political prisoners unconditionally and immediately.
