K Chandrasekhar Rao to meet city MLAs to fix civic issues

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao assured the House on Friday that he will soon hold a meeting with MLAs whose constituencies lie within the limits of Greater Hyderabad, to resolve the civic problems.
While replying to civic issues raised by MIM member Jaffer Hussain Meraj during the discussion on the new Municipalities Act, 2019, Mr Rao said that the Musi River beautification project and other projects had slowed down due to the Model Code of Conduct in force during the several elections in the state.
He said that he would call a meeting of city MLAs and MPs and ministers, to discuss and take appropriate decisions.
