KSE: Will back BSY for Karnataka CM post if party decides

BELAGAVI: Despite being at loggerheads with state BJP president B S Yeddyurappa over appointment of office-bearers, leader of Opposition in the Council, K S Eshwarappa, said everyone in the state unit, including himself, would agree to support the Lingayat strongman if central leaders decide to project him as the CM candidate.

“Not only me, all in the party has to abide by decisions taken by the leadership,'' he said in response to a question at a press conference on whether he would again revolt against Mr Yeddyurappa if the latter becomes party's CM candidate. He said, matters of revolting against the party's call would not arise as all major decisions are being taken jointly by the leaders.
