BJP's Telugu strategists speak of Telangana, AP as next

With the Assam-victory Ram Madhav's influence in BJP and Telugu states will increase.

Hyderabad: BJP leaders from Andhra Pradesh Mr. Ram Madhav and Perala Chandrasekhar played a key role in the party’s victory in Assam.

Ram Madhav who hails from Amalapuram in East Godavari district was the master strategist handling Assam elections and was dealing with the state for the past one year. With the Assam-victory Ram Madhav's influence in BJP and Telugu states will increase and there are speculations that he might be inducted into the union cabinet.

Sangh Parivar activists from Telugu States led by Perala Sekhar had camped in Assam to work for the party for the past few months. Perala Chandrasekhar from Telangana was appointed as Vice chairperson of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan.

Congress Rajyasabha MP Mr Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar said,"Leaders like Perala Chandrasekhar from Telugu states along with several Sangh activists camped in Assam and participated in publicity and worked at the ground level before and during the elections." Perala Chandrasekhar while commenting on the Assam victory said,"The Assam victory will be repeated in Telangana and Andhra too in future. We are the only alternative for TRS in Telangana and TD in Andhra."

Meanwhile Ram Madhav while speaking to media said ,"Assam victory is very significant for the country," Ram Madhav said that the victory in Assam is due to the hard work of leaders and activists under the leadership of PM Nandrandra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah.
