Naidu quit NDA for his benefit: Ram Madhav
Vijayawada: BJP general secretary Ram Madhav had some very harsh words for Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, saying he is known for backstabbing, having backstabbed his father-in-law, the late N.T. Rama Rao.
Mr Madhav told a news agency in Delhi on Monday that Mr Naidu had quit the NDA alliance for his own political benefit and was playing a political game which the BJP will not entertain.
He said developmental activities in Andhra Pradesh under the Union government are there for everyone to see and they will continue.
Ironically, Mr Madhav was appointed to solve the rift between the TD and the BJP, but his criticism of Chief Minister Naidu was blistering. He said four years ago the people of AP voted with confidence in the NDA, but not with trust in the Telugu Desam.
