Hyderabad: AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday questioned the BJP whether it would prepared to send a fact-finding committee to find out what happened to those 50,000 people who are disappeared after Muzaffarnagar riots in Uttar Pradesh.
While interacting with media persons here in city on the claim of the BJP 346 families of Hindus have fled from Kairana in Uttar Pradesh, Owaisi termed it as a “bogus”.
Describing that it is a drama of BJP and SP in UP to exploit the Kairana episode for their political gains, Owaisi claimed that 50,000 Muslims migrated after the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots.
He pointed out that why does not BJP send a fact finding committee, akin to the one sent by it to Kairana on the issue of alleged migration of Hindus.
He said that Kairana issue exposes the real face of BJP that all this talk of development, “sab ka saath sab ka vikas,” is all a farce.
