A Chandrasekhar gets 6-year suspension

Hyderabad: The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has suspended former minister A. Chandrasekhar for a period of six years for contesting against the party candidate in Vikarabad.
The Disciplinary Action Committee of the TPCC held a meeting under the chairmanship of M. Kodanda Reddy and reviewed all complaints against Mr Chandrasekhar and decided to suspend him from the party for anti-party activities.
Meanwhile, the newly-appointed secretaries of the TPCC, Mr Kailash, Mr Nagesh and Mr Mudiraj, have taken charge at the party headquarters in Hyderabad on Monday. AICC secretary V. Hanumantha Rao felicitated them on the occasion.
