Chennai: A day after polling day, DMK treasurer M.K. Stalin is preparing to leave for Aravakurichi wh-ere election has been postponed to May 23.
He also greeted the plus-2 state toppers and wished that they join the educational courses of their choice and add honour to Tamil Nadu. He also said those who had not passed succeed in their next attempt and acquire higher education.
Stalin will begin his campaign at around 4 pm at Velayudhampalayam and proceed to Paramathi, Chinnatharapuram, Aravakurichi and Pallapatti.
DMK chief M. Karunanidhi spent his time peacefully on Tuesday after hectic poll activities for the last three months. He was involved in grueling alliance talks with Congress, marathon interview for selection of candidates for 13 days to select candidates, besides campaign in many districts.
