Vijayawada: The AP government issued orders to revise the pay scales here on Monday, after the government granted fitment of 23 per cent of the basic pay in the revised scales.
The dearness allowance of 30.392 per cent as on 01-07-2018 will be merged in the pay as recommended by the 11th Pay Revision Commission. The interim relief shall not be included as pay for the purpose of fixation. The revised pay scales will be implemented notionally from 01-07-2018 with monetary benefit from 01-04-2020.
The government in another order sanctioned dearness allowance for the period from 01-07-2019 to 31-12-2021. The government ordered release of all five pending DA instalments from 01-07-2019 to 01-07-2021 and inclusion of the same from the salary of January 2022.
The government also issued an order for revised pensions with effect from
July 1, 2018.
