Adilabad: State Congress in-charge Manikrao Thakre and members of the Congress Working Committee (CWC) will participate in the distribution of ‘five guarantee cards’ to households at Bheemsari village in Adilabad Rural mandal in the Adilabad district on September 18.
The ‘five guarantee cards’ are nothing but five election promises that the party will announce at the public meeting ‘Vijaya Bheri’ in Hyderabad on September 17.
Congress leaders will distribute the guarantee cards to 100 households in each Assembly constituency across the state on September 18.
According to party sources, the party will decide the five schemes that they will implement if the Congress is voted to power in the state.
Former Congress chief ministers and PCC presidents and the CLP leaders of other states will participate in the CWC meeting in Hyderabad and the distribution of guarantee cards. The local Congress leaders in their constituencies will continue the programme later.
The party will distribute guarantee cards at Chincholi-Mediguda village in Boath, Manjulapur in Nirmal constituency and at Utnoor of Khanapur constituency, at Vempalli in Hajipur mandal, Mancherial, Naspur in Mancherial constituency.
