KARIMNAGAR: The IT minister and Sircilla MLA K.T. Rama Rao Sunday through his Twitter account introduced one Jindam Sattamma, saying that she is a very special supporter and hardcore fan of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and an active participant in the Telangana agitation.
Jindam Sattamma, who is a native of Cheerlavancha village, is well known by people in the Sircilla constituency. Even though she is not educated by listening to the speeches of the Chief Minister, she got attracted to the Telangana movement and actively participated in the agitation.
Even though she faced problems in the initial stages of the Telangana movement with no support from the people, she tried hard to take the movement to the people visiting surrounding villages.
Right from 2009 onwards, she has been a strong supporter of the present IT minister and Sircilla MLA, K.T. Rama Rao. Sattamma regularly attends the public programmes whenever he visits Sircilla.
Even IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao showed the same gesture towards Sattamma and expressed his gratitude by introducing Sattamma to the world through his Twitter account.
He said that Sattamma had been an active part of the Telangana agitation and continued to be a pillar of support to him. In his tweet, he added that her unconditional affection and support were invaluable.
