Chandrababu spoiled AP, says Rajamahendravaram MP Bharat
Kakinada: Rajamahendravaram MP, M Bharat, has lashed out at Telugu Desam chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu, saying he spoiled the state during his five-year rule.
The MP told the media on Thursday that Chandrababu Naidu frequently says that he had told PM Modi that unless he merged seven mandals of Telangana with AP, he would not assume charge as CM.”
“Why did Chandrababu Naidu not make the same demand about the special category status for AP,’’ he asked.
He said Naidu made the Polavaram project as a cash-minting machine for himself.
“Due to non-use of the right technology for the construction during his term as CM, the Polavaram project made no headway. But in view of the approaching elections, these two leaders are staging political dramas before the people. The people would not believe in their promises. They would give a fitting lesson to Lokesh by keeping off his Padayatra,” he added.
