TPCC condemns Asaduddin Owaisi statement on Rahul’s Iftar

The TPCC on Friday condemned MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s statement that there was no Muslim leader or personality in the iftar party hosted by AICC president Rahul Gandhi.

TPCC secretary Moha-mmed Saleem in a statement said on Friday that like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mr Owaisi was also a “big liar.”

He said there were a host of prominent Mus-lim leaders like former Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Congress leaders Ahmed Patel and Sh-akeel Ahamad, former Team India cricket captain Mohammad, Azhar-uddin, AICC minority cell chairman Nadeem Javed and many others.

The TPCC secretary claimed that Mr Modi and Mr Owaisi had identical views and practices and both had the “same ideology of fanatics.”

He said both followed “anti-secular and hardline” theories and used religious sentiments as a weapon to win elections.
