BS Yeddyurappa seeks Bharadwaj Swamy's blessings
Chennai: On a day of excitement marked by emerging victorious trends in the Karnataka Assembly elections, BJP’s Chief Ministerial candidate B. S. Yeddyurappa called on Sri Bharadwaj Swamy, the peetadhipathi of Sri Yoha Maya Sri Bhuvaneswari peetam, Chennai and sought his blessings.
As trends about his victory from Shikaripura, the constituency in Shivamogga, emerged, Yeddyurappa called on Bharadwaj Swamy in Bengaluru and sought his blessings. The peetadhipathi was in Bengaluru to perform the Bala Tripurasundari puja.
After anointing him with vermilion on the forehead, Sri Bharadwaj gave Yeddyurappa the Sri Chakra puja prasadam and blessed him a fruitful stint in serving the people and striving for development.
According to sources, Mr. Yeddyurappa had wanted to meet the Swamy for long and the opportune moment came on Tuesday when the Karnataka election results were announced. He fell at the Swamy’s feet and obtained his blessings.
