HC stays No Confidence Motion moved against chairman of Gajwel municipality

Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Wednesday stayed the No Confidence Motion moved against the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Gajwel Municipality in Siddipet, for a week. However, as Councillors who moved the motion had already filed a Caveat petition that in case the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman approached the court they must be heard before granting any interim order against the proposed motion, the High Court directed them to file the counters in a week.
