Vijayawada: Talks between the CRDA and contractors for construction of the temporary Secretariat concluded successfully on Sunday with the AP government agreeing to pay Rs 3,350 per square metre, against the previous offer of Rs 3,000. The two contractors, L&T and Shapoorji Pallonji, will have to complete the work by June 25 or pay a penalty.
