BRS disrupting BSP's campaign: RSP

Adilabad: A tense situation prevailed in Kagaznagar town of the Sirpur (T) constituency on Sunday night when the BRS and BSP leaders clashed over the disturbance to their campaign by each other in Komaram Bheem Asifabad district.

The issue started when BSP state president and Sirpur party candidate R.S Praveen Kumar objected to the BRS leaders playing their party songs in high volume which was drowning out his voice during their campaign at Vijayabasti.

Praveen Kumar staged a sit-in along with his supporters in front of the police station demanding police action against BRS candidate Koneru Konappa and his followers for causing inconvenience to the BSP’s campaign in violation of the election model code of conduct.
