Hyderabad: Dr K. Laxman, MP and BJP OBC Morcha president, criticised the BRS for approaching the Election Commission of India (ECI) seeking permission to release Rythu Bandhu funds to farmers, and hit out at the Congress for trying to hoodwink people in the name of guarantees.
Addressing media persons on Tuesday, he said, “The BRS which failed to implement its promises is now approaching the EC to implement them. The BRS, which failed to give even one ration card, is saying that it wants to give them now. The Congress is trying to hoodwink people in the name of guarantees and declarations. The DNA of the Congress and BRS are the same. They are competing for a pie of the minority vote and are insulting the Hindus.”
