MK Stalin lacks his father's political maturity: Tamilisai Soundararajan

Chennai: Continuing her tirade against DMK working president M. K. Stalin, BJP state president Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan said Stalin lacked the “political maturity of his father.”

“Stailn has no political maturity like his father former CM and DMK president M. Karunanidhi nor the political refinement,” Dr Tamilisai said after launching the Swachch Bharat Campaign at K.K. Nagar here on Saturday. She also refuted his allegation that governor Ch. Vidhyasagar Rao was acting at the behest of the Centre and asserted that the Governor, in all his simplicity, was accessible to even the members of the public at the Raj Bhavan.

The BJP leader’s outburst against Mr Stalin follows the war of words between the two over the birthday celebration of Mr Karunanidhi in the city next month. Declining to invite the BJP for the event, Mr Stalin had said the DMK did not want to create uncomfortable situation by inviting it, as the BJP has announced that its first job is to eliminate the Dravidian movement.
