Hyderabad: Congress legislator T. Jayaprakash Reddy, also known as Jagga Reddy, targeted former minister T. Harish Rao for the second time in 10 days, on Wednesday, alleging that he was responsible for the water shortage in Sangareddy, as he had diverted Manjeera water to the Sriramsagar project in 2017.
On February 4, he had alleged that Mr Harish Rao had got him arrested in a fake passport case.
He said that the water belonged to the people of Medak district but was “looted by Harish Rao at midnight.” He claimed Mr Harish Rao had him arrested as he knew he would be questioned.
