Hyderabad: New TS Congress incharge R.C. Kuntia said he would draw up an action plan to bring the party back to power in 2019. In his first visit here in his new capacity, Mr Kuntia held consultations with PCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy and others at Gandhi Bhavan. He said AICC Vice President Rahul Gandhi had given him full control of TS party affairs, and he would stay till the 2019 elections, he said. Replying to a question, he said Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy would not be replaced as PCC president before the elections. “Rahul Gandhi is quite satisfied with the functioning of the PCC president and his team,” he said. “Telangana is not new to me, I will visit each and every mandal and take all steps to gear up the party here,” Mr Kuntia said.
