YSRC MP Vijaya Sai Reddy sees media, skips Motkupally Narasimhulu

On his part, Mr Reddy denied that he was going to meet Mr Narasimhulu. He said he belongs to AP while Mr Narasimhulu belongs to Telangana.

Hyderabad: YSRC MP V. Vijaya Sai Reddy reportedly turned up on Monday to meet former minister Motkupally Narasimhulu, who was expelled recently from the TS Telugu Desam. However, he saw a media contingent waiting at Mr Narasimhulu’s house, and drove away without meeting him.

Mr Narasimhulu told this newspaper that the YSRC MP had sent a communication through his aide seeking a meeting with him. He said that he was not aware of Mr Reddy coming to his residence on Monday.

Mr Narasimhulu said he had given a call recently to voters in AP to defeat the TD and vote for the YSRC or the Jana Sena. Mr Reddy wanted to meet him to thank him for the support, he said.

On his part, Mr Reddy denied that he was going to meet Mr Narasimhulu. He said he belongs to AP while Mr Narasimhulu belongs to Telangana.

The YSRC MP said he was only driving on the road that goes past Mr Narasimhulu’s house. “If I want to meet Motkupa-lly, why should I meet him secretly,” he asked. He said he did not send any communication to the expelled TD leader seeking a meeting.

A few days ago, Kapu leader Mudragada Pad-manabham had met Mr Narasimhulu to seek his support for his agitation.
