Rapthadu MLA suspects plot to harm CM Jagan

Naidu encouraged Malladi Vasu to announce ₹50 lakh to anyone who eliminates MLAs Vallabhaneni Vamsi and Kodali Nani

ANANTAPUR: Rapthadu MLA Topudurthi Prakash Reddy has alleged threat to the life of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy “from frustrated TDP leaders who are thirsty for power”.

Speaking to media here, Prakash Reddy charged that it was Telugu Desam president N. Chandrababu Naidu who encouraged Malladi Vasu to announce at a Kamma Sangam meeting in Anantapur recently that he (Vasu) will present ₹ 50 lakh to anyone who eliminates MLAs Vallabhaneni Vamsi and Kodali Nani.

“Not even a single TD leader, including Chandrababu Naidu, has condemned this statement,” the Rapthadu MLA pointed out. He recalled the reported statement made by the TD chief that Jagan Mohan Reddy will disappear like late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy (who had died in a helicopter crash).

“Taking all these together, it is clear that a frustrated Chandrababu Naidu has ill will for the AP CM,” Prakash Reddy remarked. He observed that the Telugu Desam president can never hope of being voted to power when Jagan Mohan Reddy is ruling and implementing welfare activities for all sections of people in the state.

Rapthadu MLA alleged TD leaders had got killed many of their rivals with the help of Paritala Ravi during the TD regime.
