Hang Chandrababu Naidu for not fulfilling promises: Jagan Mohan Reddy
Kurnool: In his second direct attack YSR Congress Party (YSRC) President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said on Thursday that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu deserved to be hanged for not fulfilling his promises.
He had earlier said, “shoot Naidu” and had received a notice from the Election Commission.
Speaking at a road show for the August 23 Nandyal by-election, the YSRC president told his audience, “What one should do to a person who had stolen votes by duping people with promises and then going back on them? Such a person deserves to be hanged.”
Jagan started his yatra from Nunepally and passed through Deebaguntla and Chabrolu. He spoke mostly on issues about Kurnool district and the promises Naidu had made in August 2014 while speaking at Kondareddy Burz and reminded them that none of the promises were fulfilled.
Apart from criticising the CM he stressed the benefits of the Navaratnalu scheme.
He said Naidu may come to Nandyal with bundles of currency notes. He told them to take the Rs 5,000 that Naidu gives and vote according to their conscience.
