If films are okay, why not TJAC's meet: Hanumantha Rao
He alleged that the people of TS are facing grave injustice under KCR, which is worse than under the Andhra rulers.
Hyderabad: Congress secretary and former MP V. Hanumantha Rao on Tuesday demanded Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to give permission to TJAC chairman Kodandaram to conduct a public meeting on the occasion of launching of new political party — the Telangana Jana Samithi.
Speaking to media on Tuesday, he sought to know the reason for denying permission to Mr Kodandaram when the film indust-ry was allowed to hold meetings in the city.
He said the CM grants permission to film producers who make movies to earn money but the same is not allowed for Mr Kodandaram, who is fighting on people’s problems.
He alleged that the people of TS are facing grave injustice under KCR, which is worse than under the Andhra rulers.
