Bid to steal files from education council institute aborted
In what could raise to suspicion on corruption by the BRS government, about which the Congress had been crying hoarse, police aborted an attempt to steal files from the Education Council Training Institute at Basheerbagh.
They stopped an auto loaded with government files and when questioned by the officials, those shifting them reportedly ran away abandoning the vehicle.

It is pertinent to note that the office of former education minister Sabita Indra Reddy was on the same premises.
Recently, a large number of files were also gutted in a fire mishap at the tourism department office in Himayathnagar. Though short circuit was said to the reason behind the fire mishap, CPI leader Narayana raised doubt if those files contained information about the irregularities in the functioning of the BRS government and a conspiracy behind the incident.
