Adilabad: Some TRS MLAs were bitterly disappointed at not being accommodated in Sunday’s Cabinet expansion and went incommunicado for some time on Monday.
It is said that MLA Jogu Ramana who aspired for a ministry switched off his phone after hundreds of supporters called him to ask why he had not been inducted. A family member of the legislator said his supporters were asking about his future plans,
Along with Mr Ramanna of Adilabad, Mr Atram Sakku of Asifabad and Ms Ajmeera Rekha Naik of Khanapur had aspired for a berth.
It is said that Mr Sakku was given an assurance of a ministry when he was joining the TRS by the Chief Minister but he was not even made party Whip in the Assembly. Many of his supporters had started asking him about his future plan in the juncture.
