DMK should organise coaching centres to prove its concern: BJP

It is hurting to hear actors and politicians who have no knowledge about medicine talk about Neet.

Chennai: Expressing skepticism over the intention of the DMK and Communist parties in allegedly encouraging students to agitate over Neet, the BJP on Saturday dared the DMK to show its concern for students’ future by organising coaching centres rather than indulge in protests.

Lashing out at the DMK for “misleading” the students on NEET, BJP state president Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan claimed that the DMK was inciting sections of the students who were not directly involved in appearing for the national eligibility test.

She also flayed the left parties for triggering the students’ uprising against Neet.

“There is no way out for the medical aspirants other than to write the national-level entrance test. Neet can neither be deferred nor scrapped. The only option is to prepare the students for Neet,” she said.

“It is hurting to hear actors and politicians who have no knowledge about medicine talk about Neet,” Dr. Tamilisai said taking strong exception to actor Surya and DMK working president M. K. Stalin.

Stalin is talking about Tamil due to vested interest
Speaking at a rally organised by the BJP in Tiruchi on Saturday, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan claimed that Mr. Stalin raked up the issue of Tamil due to vested interest.

She reiterated that Stalin has no locus standi to criticise the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre.

Union Minister of State for Finance and Shipping Pon Radhakrishnan said contrary to the false propaganda carried out by the opposition parties in TN, Neet had ensure more justice to the students.
