Hyderabad: Congress MLC from Nagar-kurnool district K. Damodar Reddy on Saturday joined the Congress along with his followers. At a meeting held in Telangana Bhavan, irrigation minister T. Harish Rao welcomed Mr Reddy and his followers into TRS with pink khanduvas. Kalwakurthy former MLA Edma Kista Reddy, Alampur former MLA V.M.Abraham and scores of Congress activists joined the TRS on the occasion. Mr Damodar Reddy and his followers later met TRS chief and CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao and sought his blessings. They told CM that they will work unitedly for strengthening the TRS in undivided Mahbubnagar district and ensure TRS victory in all seats in 2019 elections.
