Political tension rises as Congress leaders decline Ram Temple invitation.
Hyderabad: Official spokesperson of the state BJP N.V. Subhash on Sunday ridiculed state ministers for challenging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to a debate on the funds given by the Centre in the last nine years. He said that neither the ministers nor its leaders had the courage to debate the issue even with state BJP leaders on development works and funds sanctioned to the state.
Subhash recalled that BJP leaders had on umpteen occasions asked Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and K.T. Rama Rao to come for an open debate on these issues at a time convenient to them. But they never came forward as they lacked the guts to brave the challenge, he said.
