Bandi Sanjay flays BRS for failing to give jobs to locals

Hyderabad: BJP Karimnagar candidate Bandi Sanjay Kumar, who is a party MP and general secretary, accused the BRS government of failing to give jobs in the Fab City to locals despite acquiring 19,000 acre of land from farmers in the name of the establishment.

He also accused the government of acquiring land by paying the farmers a few lakhs and then selling it for crores, like a real estate broker.

In a release to the media, he accused minister Sabitha Indra Reddy of corruption and her son of grabbing land using the Dharani portal. He said that in municipal corporations like Badangpet and Meerpet, the house tax and water charges were on par with those in Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills but the civic servives were not.

“Sabitha Reddy represents opportunistic politics. Having won from the Congress she shifted to BRS with the mediation of AIMIM. This led to her giving double bed room houses meant for locals to MIM cadre from the Old City."

Addressing a meeting in Khanapur, he said, "CM KCR did not bother to see the status of Kaleshwaram project nor met families of employees who lost lives owing to GO 317 nor the youth who lost life owing to failure of TSPSC to hold exams. There is no question of him coming to power again."
