Hyderabad: TS Congress president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy urged party workers and leaders not to believe speculations on the list of party candidates.
The Congress is worried about protests that have started after an allegedly fake list of candidates began doing the rounds in the media and the social media.
In a statement, Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy said, “Please do not believe any speculated list of Congress candidates. The party has not announced even one candidate. Some fake lists are being circulated in news channels and social media platforms.”
“The party will officially inform when the list will be released,” the minister added.
