Malkajgiri BRS Nominee Resolves Land Regularization Issue

Hyderabad: The Malkajgiri BRS nominee Marri Rajasekhar Reddy helped resolve the issue of a demand of additional payment for regularisation of 236 acres of land in Survey No. 278 in Neredmet.

Rajasekhar Reddy took the issue to the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and secured an order sparing the residents from paying an additional sum for registration.

The residents expressed their happiness after the issue was resolved by Marri Rajasekhar Reddy.

The BRS nominee said the decision would help the residents of Divisions 136 (Neredmet) and 137 (Vinayaknagar) of the Malkajgiri Assembly constituency. They were being asked to pay Rs 27,000 per square yard for the regularisation of the 236 acres.

"This was brought my notice of by the people stating that it was an additional financial burden. I responded immediately and took it to the notice of the Chief Minister. The government has issued an order sparing the people from the additional fee. It was a big relief to the residents in Neredmet," Rajasekhar Reddy said.
