Jagan Unveils Ambitious Development Plans in Anantapur

Anantapur: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has said Pulivendula municipality will be a model for the country in exclusive development. He inaugurated development works of Rs 142.37 crore including the municipal administration building, the city forest at Rani Thopu in 30 acres with an entry plaza, market block, pathway and sculpture.

As part of the model project, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Garandala
river front (Phase-I) garden set up at an estimated cost of Rs 39 crore. The
garden has facilities for boating, a viewpoint, a water fountain as also
beach volleyball and swimming facilities.

Jagan Mohan Reddy, on a three-day visit in Kadapa district, also inaugurated
the YSRC Integrated Skill Training Academy with a capacity to host 240
students, an academy block and a hostel block, with facilities to provide
skill training for unemployed youths in drone flying, tourism, IT etc.

The Chief Minister also inaugurated the NuTech Bio Sciences to supply
nutrients and supplements for production of livestock at AP CARL premises at an estimated cost of Rs 50 crore.

The YSR Integrated Sports Academy that has an estimated cost of Rs 26.12 crore and spread over 12.68 acres would provide skill training in 12 sports and games segments for students and youths to enable them compete at global levels.
