Thiruvananthapuram: Congress president Sonia Gandhi will arrive in the state on a daylong campaigning on Monday. Her first programme is at Thrissur at 4 pm after which she will come to Thiruvananthapuram.
Ms Gandhi will arrive at Cochin airport at 3 pm. She will be addressing the public meeting at Thrissur Thekkinkad grounds at 4 pm after which she will land at Trivandrum airport at 6 pm.
Her public meeting at Thiruvananthapuram is scheduled at Putharikandam grounds at 6:20 pm and is expected to fly back to the national capital by 7:30 pm.
Mr Gandhi will arrive in the state on Tuesday night. He will kick off his campaigning from Kayamkulam on 11 May where Congress candidates from Haripad, Mavelikara and Ambalapuzha will be present.
His second programme is at Nedumkandam in Udumbanchola in Idukki district at 3 pm where Devikulam, Idukki and Peermade candidates will be present.
His last programme is scheduled at Angamaly in Ernakulam on Tuesday. Congress candidates from Perumbavoor and Aluva and the IUML candidate in Kalamassery will also be present.
On Thursday, he will leave for Pattambi in Palakkad district where he would address the public rally at 10 am. Congress candidates from Thrithala, Shornur and Ottapalam will also be present.
At 3 pm, Mr Gandhi will arrive at Purameri at Vadakara in Kozhikode district. Candidates from Vadakara, Nadapuram and Perambra will also be present there.
He will then travel to Uduma in Kasaragod candidates of Kasaragod, Kanhangad and Trikaripur will also be present. He will then proceed to Mangalore airport....
