BJP, Congress won’t benefit state: KT Rama Rao

Mr Rama Rao stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised to create two crore jobs in five years but nothing was delivered.

Hyderabad: TRS working president K.T. Rama Rao in a mammoth roadshow at Moosapet in Malkajgiri Parliament constituency lashed out at both the BJP and the Congress stating that the promises of neither party had materialised.

At the roadshow of TRS MP candidate M.L.R. Rajashekar Reddy, the new slogan of the Congress party ‘Ab Nyay Hoga’ was ridiculed by Mr Rama Rao. He said, “What were they doing for 71 years?”

Mr Rama Rao stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised to create two crore jobs in five years but nothing was delivered. Similarly, the promise to bring back black money had also not materialised.

Mr Rama Rao said, “The leaders at the Centre are always concerned about developing their native states and never bothered about Telangana. The time has arrived for Telangana to show its strength at the Centre.” “If you vote for Congress, Rahul Gandhi will be benefitted and if you vote for BJP, PM Narendra Modi will be benefitted. But if you vote for TRS, people of Telangana will receive the benefits,” said Mr Rama Rao.

Talking about Congress candidate from Malkajgiri constituency, Mr Rama Rao said that Revanth Reddy had lost the election in Kodangal and was trying his luck in Malkajgiri. He also stated that Revanth Reddy was rejected by people of his own district.

Mr Rama Rao said, “Marri Rajasekhar Reddy is a localite and knows your problems. He will resolve all the issues in the area.”
