Guntur: The AP BJP’s core committee meeting would be held on October 9 and the executive committee will be organised on October 10 in Guntur.
Addressing mediapersons here on Saturday, former minister and senior BJP leader Kanna Lakshminarayana said that the leaders would discuss strengthening the party from the grass-roots level in the 13 districts of AP and future action plan would be prepared accordingly.
He said that all important leaders of the party will participate in the BJP core committee meeting and would give their suggestions.
In the BJP state executive committee meeting, BJP state president K. Haribabu, All India Sanghatan secretary and AP in-charge Sateeshji, ministers, MLAs, MLCs, district BJP presidents and secretaries of all 13 districts and 275 BJP leaders are expected to participate.
Mr Lakshminarayana said the BJP executive committee meeting was being held after 17 years. Activists of the party are busy making arrangements.
