HYDERABAD: AICC state in-charge Manikrao Thakre will undertake a three-day tour of Telangana beginning with a public meeting in Karimnagar on Thursday. He will have a series of meetings with the party’s social media team and other wings over the next two days here.
Accompanied by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel, Thakre will be attending a ‘Haath se haath jodo’ meeting at Ambedkar stadium in Karimnagar.
The next day, he will take part in an awareness programme on ‘Dharani’ at Sultanpur, Peddapalli, along with AICC general secretary Jairam Ramesh. Back in Hyderabad, both of them will interact with state leaders to discuss issues concerning the state politics vis-à-vis the Congress party.
Thakre will meet the PCC social media team to discuss the ways and means to take forward the party message and campaigns across platforms before leaving for Mumbai on Saturday.
