KCR and Modi cheating unemployed youth: Uttam
KHAMMAM: TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy said here on Sunday that the TRS government has insulted state government employees by recommending 7.5 per cent fitment whereas they should be entitled for at least 43 per cent fitment.
He said with 1.91 lakh posts lying vacant in the government sector, the TRS has no right to seek votes of graduates. He said that both TRS and BJP governments are cheating graduates.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi cheated unemployed youth by not fulfilling his promise of providing two crore jobs a year. The wrong policies of Modi have resulted in the loss of even existing jobs," he said.
There are 30 lakh jobless unemployed youth in Telangana, including 19 lakh graduates, who registered themselves with the public service commission.
Chandrasekhar Rao should fulfill his promise by providing Rs 3,016 as unemployment allowance to each of them with retrospective effect from 2018. He said that people of all sections have realised that Rao was a cheat and they are waiting to teach him a befitting lesson, Reddy said.
