KAKINADA: Kakinada MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhara Reddy has challenged Eenadu group chairman Ch. Ramoji Rao to face the CID probe into Margadarsi scam, instead of taking legal recourse to stonewall the investigation.
Speaking to reporters here on Thursday, he asked: “If Ramoji Rao is clean, why is he resorting to such tactics.”
Dwarampudi maintained that the Eenadu group chairman will face the music, especially after the 2024 elections when YSRC re-emerges victorious in the 2024 elections.
He accused Telugu Desam chief N. Chandrababu Naidu and Ramoji Rao of converting the state into a “caste cauldron’’ after 1995, when Chandrababu backstabbed Telugu Desam founder late N.T. Rama Rao.
The MLA said the former CM and Eenadu chief have hatched several conspiracies against Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. “Jagan can face such conspiracies and give a fitting reply,” he declared.
