Those questioning KCR being jailed: Youth Congress

HYDERABAD: While questioning Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao about his commitment to unemployed youth and putting an end to irregularities in TSPSC, the national president of Youth Congress B.V. Srinivas felt that those who were questioning the paper leaks were being put behind bars.

Speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan here on Thursday, he said that it was Sonia Gandhi who gave Telangana State as the party’s vow to fulfil the aspirations of the people.

“Rao, who promised jobs to every household, has failed miserably. There have been no job notifications or competitive exams. BRS and BJP are playing cheap tactics in the name of SSC paper leaks. They are only trying to divert public attention from the real issues,” he alleged.

Earlier in the day, Srinivas visited Cherlapally jail where state Youth Congress president Shivasena Reddy and NSUI president Venkat Balmoor have been lodged. They were released on bail late in the evening.
