Khammam: Though there is a little time for polling, but the ruling party had not stopped its poll strategy. About eight candidates from Congress, Telugu Desam and YSRC joined TRS by leaving campaign amidst and announced their support to the ruling party candidates. Pilli Vijaypal of the 16th division Congress candidate first one joined the TRS. Bathula Veerababu and N. Biksham Congress candidates from the 26th and the 4th divisions jumped into ruling bandwagon on Saturday. Likewise, Potu Srilaxmi, Darla Malleswari and Undeti Annapurna contesting from Telugu Desam from 31, 43 and 27 divisions have also changed their colours a day before the polling day. YSRC candidates Reddiboina Saidulu, Donvaat Priyanka and Itikala Latha contesting from seven, 27 and 38 divisions respectively joined the TRS. They have also announced their support to the TRS candidates in their respective divisions.
There is a report in the 18th division that a family of four voters did get '16,000 from various parties to vote in favour of them. The family claimed that they received money from all the four parties including the Congress, TRS, Telugu Desam and YSRC apart from an independent.
