Hyderabad: The BJP reportedly got in touch with the former home minister Kunduru Jana Reddy. The BJP party sources said that Mr Jana Reddy is ready to switch his loyalty to the saffron party and ready to contest in the Nagarjunasagar by election. Sources said if he's not ready to contest Mr Jana Reddy would extend his support to his son Raghuveer, after joining BJP. An official announcement regarding it would be made in a couple of days.
With the sudden demise of TRS sitting MLA Nomula Narasimhaiah, a by-election is necessitated for Nagarjunasagar assembly constituency. The TRS party is likely to accord ticket to Nomula Narasimhaiah's son Bhagat.
