State ready to take on RSS challenge: Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan
Thiruvananthapuram: Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday said that Kerala was already prepared to take on the challenge posed by RSS. Mr. Vijayan said that communists and communist movement would not get stunned by all this pomp and show being conducted by the BJP. “RSS always adopts anti -secular stand. Now they are using the Central Government to destroy the secular fabric of the nation. Under BJP rule secularism is under threat,” he added.
Pinarayi said RSS stand was against the democratic values and Constitution. “If they use such means to question the self respect of the state, there would be many to fight that politically. The Janaraksha yatra of the BJP is nothing but a wet cracker," he said .
Referring to Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath's statement that Kerala should learn from hospitals in his state, Pinarayi said so many children died in Yogiswaran's land. “Kerala’s infant morality rate is much lower than that of Uttar Pradesh,” he added.
