Hyderabad: TRS working president K.T. Rama Rao said that it was because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the delimitation of Assembly segments could not take place.
Once a Federal Front government was formed, the delimitation process would become easy. After delimitation, leaders who had recently joined the TRS could be accommodated, Mr Rama Rao told mediapersons during an informal interaction at Pragathi Bhavan.
Launching a strident attack on Secunderabad BJP candidate G. Kishan Reddy, Mr Rama Rao asked why should people vote for the BJP when the Centre had ignored the state.
Responding to a question on leaders leaving the TRS, Mr Rao said everybody would get a better position if they stuck to party lines.
On AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. Mr Rao said his campaign had an impact in TS as the TRS lost a few seats. He said the people of AP had decided to retire Mr Naidu due his politics.
