PCC told to pass motion on Rahul Gandhi

Hyderabad: The All-India Congress Committee (AICC) has instructed all its state units to pass a single-line resolution requesting the party president to nominate all office bearers and another resolution requesting Rahul Gandhi accept the post of AICC president.

Accordingly, Telangana PCC general body meeting has been convened on October 8 to adopt the two single line resolutions, TPCC sources said.

All the posts are supposed to be elected by a ballot conducted at various places. The resolution will enable Rahul Gandhi to select his team at all levels of the party.
