No plans for alliance yet, says L Ramana
Hyderabad: Telangana state TD president L. Ramana alleged that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao had tried to divert the attention of the people at the Pragathi Nivedana Sabha. He said that Mr Rao had not implemented a single poll assurance and also did not answer questions on several issues.
Mr Ramana said that under Mr Rao, the government was in the hands of a group of persons. He said only about 5 lakh people had attended the TRS meet against Mr Rao’s claim of 25 lakh.
On other issues, Mr Ramana said the party had not thought of striking an alliance with any political party. Former MP Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy the Pragathi Nivedana Sabha was an example for Mr Rao’s ‘corruption’. He said that Telangana state stood first in corruption, irregularities, debt and suicides.
