Chennai: The DMK and Congress might reach an understanding on sharing of seats for the Assembly elections on Monday when senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad meets DMK chief M Karunanidhi for another round of discussions.
Mr Azad flew down to Chennai late Sunday evening and is expected to meet Mr Karunanidhi at his Gopalapuram residence at 9 am, Congress sources said. A deal on seat sharing between the two parties will be announced in all likelihood after the meeting, they said.
