Hyderabad: AICC president Rahul Gandhi wants to help the people of Telangana through the Prajakutami, Telangana Jana Samithi president Prof. M. Kodandaram said. He met Mr Gandhi for about 40 minutes at Delhi on Friday.
Speaking to mediapesons, Prof. Kodandaram said he had asked Mr Gandhi to complete the formation of the Prajakutami and finalise the seat adjustment at the earliest. He said Mr Gandhi had told him to discuss seat adjustments in Hyderabad.
He said he had asked for allot 17 seats where the TJS is strong. The samiti had decided to speed up the joint action plan of Prajakutami.
AICC secretary Madhu Yashki Goud said the TJS had joined the Mahakutami to defeat the TRS in the forthcoming elections.
