Hyderabad: CPI senior leader K. Sambasiva Rao on Friday alleged that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has been making false statements with regard to the RTC staff strike and his officers were blatantly misleading court by placing incorrect facts and figures with regard to RTC losses.
While addressing a press conference in the Makhdoom Bhavan in the city he said that if Mr Chandrasekhar Rao continued with his attitude the people of the state will revolt like in the Philippines.
While thanking all those who supported his six-day hunger strike in support of RTC employees, he said that the state government has raking up the new litigation before the court every time the case came up for hearing which is leading to the suicides and deaths of the RTC workers.
He said asked how the government expected profits from the service oriented departments like education, medical, and RTC.
He alleged that corporates who had obstructed the Telangana statehood movement have now become close aide of the Chief Minister....
